Five steps, about ten minutes. Do them in order the first time.
1
Set up My info first
Go to My info and fill in your name, brokerage, licence number and
return address. Every letter you send pulls its FROM block from here — if
it's blank, your mail goes out with no return address and the recipient has
no way to reach you.
It follows your account, so you only do this once even if
you sign in on another computer.

2
Find doors on the Map
Open Map and either search an address or use the draw tool to
trace a perimeter around a neighbourhood. Everything inside the shape comes
back as a list you can work through.
Switch between Map, Streets and Satellite bottom-left.
Satellite is the one to use when you want to see roof and lot condition
before you spend a stamp — it draws street names over the imagery, so you
can still tell which block you are looking at.
Right-click anywhere on the map to find out what is there. You get
the street address, the exact coordinates, and a button through to the full
dossier. Reading the address is free; opening the dossier is the part that
uses one of your monthly scans.
The buttons down the right-hand side are fullscreen,
show my location, fit all your doors on screen, and Street View. Scroll to
zoom, drag to pan, and the arrow keys work once you have clicked the map —
the same as any map you already use.

3
Read the score honestly
Each door gets a 0–10 likely to list score built from tenure,
equity, condition, market context and ownership signals. 8.0+ is
MAIL FIRST; 6.0–7.9 is warming.
The dossier tells you how many of the four measurable
inputs it actually had. A score from one input is pulled toward the middle
on purpose — thin data should look uncertain, not confident. Treat a 7.2
from four inputs very differently to a 7.2 from one.

4
Send the letter
Open a door, choose Mail, and the letter fills in from My info and
the property record. Always run Pricing… first — that's a dry run: it
prices the job and shows you every address before anything is posted.
Nothing goes to print until you press send.
Read the addresses on the dry run. It is the last point
at which a wrong address costs you nothing.
5
Work the pipeline
Move each door through its stages as you go. FOLLOW-UP DUE surfaces
the ones you've touched but not closed — that filter is where most listings
are actually won, because the second and third contact is what agents skip.
